The history of the Bortomiol family begins in the first half of the 18th century on the hills of Valdobbiadene, where today the secular tradition of Prosecco Superiore DOCG merges with cultural and sustainable projects.
The Bortolomiol family was a true pioneer of Italian viticulture and in the first half of the 18th century started a legendary story full of passion and commitment that helped build the tradition of the great Italian sparkling wines.
Today, the Bortolomiol winery is guided by the vision of four determined women, and produces Prosecco Superiore DOCG immersed in the magical scenery of the Parco della Filandetta, in the heart of Valdobbiadene, where wine, art and culture mix together to create fascinating initiatives that enhance the cultural heritage .
The organic vineyard inside the park is one of the symbols of the green philosophy on which the production of the winery is based. The project carries out sustainable ideas focused on the reduction of emissions, respect for the land and the care for raw elements through meticulous selection of the grapes with the aim of enjoying a complete sensorial experience, from the vine to the glass.

The cellar offers:
- Wine shop inside the suggestive Filandetta park.
- Guided tasting tours choosing from three different packages that include walks in the land art park, visits to the organic vineyard and to the winemaking cellar.
- Meeting room with 90 seats.
- Tasting room with 40 seats.
- Professional kitchen inside the tasting room with the possibility of organizing light lunches and dinners.
- Amphitheater with a 150-seat capacity and the possibility of organizing concerts, presentations, outdoor events.
- Reserved internal parking.
