Agriturismo Le Selvole

From Marche to Tuscany: the history of Agriturismo Le Selvole is that of two brothers who became farmers.

In the immediate post-war period, the Selvole was just a derelict structure owned by the Maremma Authority. Two brothers from the Marche region bought it together with another complex to transform them into a farm which they then opened right at the beginning of the 21st century. Today this is a fairytale place overlooking the hills, surrounded by 30 hectares of forest and 80 others cultivated with wheat, barley and oats. Here guests are welcomed by a family-like atmosphere where they can taste the delights of the garden, the typical Tuscan cold cuts and a glass of Sangiovese or Trebbiano, both grapes grown in the small vineyard where goats occasionally ruminate.
