Tuscan hospitality
For many years now, Agriturismo Le Selvole has organized tastings to allow guests to discover the territory through the typical and genuine Tuscan flavors. A way to combine the stay there with an experience of socializing, as well as taste, since these events also become an opportunity to tell the everyday life.
A simple and genuine wine to share
Made from grapes grown in the small family vineyard, the wine proposed in the tastings is the result of ancient knowledge derived from the peasant tradition. The red is a fruity and harmonious Sangiovese while the white is a Trebbiano, fresh and savory. Both simple to taste, perfect to be combined with cold cuts and delicacies in oil.
Tastings with typical products
Different types of tastings are offered. The simplest is the one that combines wines of own production with local cold cuts and cheeses, as well as vegetables in oil, jams, caramelized figs and oil. Other than that, you can opt for an experience more focused on the typical dishes of the place, such as the classic Tuscan soup or wild boar meat. More important tastings are also organized, with two or three wines recommended by trusted wine bars and specialties of the Tuscan tradition.
