The hills that stretch as far as the eye can see, the perched villages, the cypresses that stretch their shadows on the deserted road and then a sandwich with finocchiona accompanied by a glass of wine: this is the taste of cycling freely.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Cycling tourism for a healthy and sustainable economy<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The pandemic has made us reflect on many key points, on what had to be done to restart the tourism sector and, at the same time, enhance a territory that has a lot to offer, such as geothermal energy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The turnover of cycling tourism is of 500 billion euros in the European Union alone and the bicycle is a fundamental tool to create smart territories where tourists are free to discover the particularity and live unforgettable experiences.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>The BikeandTaste project<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cycling and tasting, this is the meaning of bikeandtaste.com.
